Staff Accountant – Kiawah Island

St. Kitts Accountant Kiawah Development Partners, Inc. is recruiting an accountant for a recent land acquisition in the Caribbean. The land acquired is on the southeast peninsula of the island of St. Kitts and consists of approximately 2,300 acres. The master development plan includes real estate development, hotels, a marina, and golf. The accountant hired for this position will be located at Kiawah Development Partners’ corporate office on Kiawah Island and will report to the Real Estate Controller. The St. Kitts accountant will be responsible for all general ledger accounting, account analysis, and financial reporting at the corporate level for the St. Kitts development company and any related St. Kitts entities. This position will work closely with our St. Kitts based accounting personnel to help implement all required procedures, internal controls, and systems that will be required to start-up this development. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience and a bachelors degree or above in accounting to be considered for this position. CPA is required.
